Groton Free Public Library Hosts Listening Session

Mel Reis • February 27, 2024

We wish to extend our gratitude to the Groton Free Public Library and librarian Sarah Spira (pictured right) for hosting the Community Listening Session yesterday. Staff from the NEK Council on Aging met with members of the community to share resources and helpful information. Participants met with Karen Desrochers (pictured left), Director of Client & Caregiver Team Support; Emily Sanderson, AmeriCorps Senior Volunteer Coordinator; and Felicity Norko, Senior Companion/Volunteer Coordinator.

If your organization is interested in having staff from the NEKCOA meet with members of your community for a listening session, please reach out to us at (800) 642-5119. Thanks again to all who joined us.
