Navigating services for older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities can be overwhelming — but you don’t have to do it alone.
At the Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging, our Information and Referral Specialists and Community Resource Specialists are nationally certified to help you understand your options and connect with the support you need.
Whether you're wondering about Meals on Wheels, fuel assistance, Medicare, 3SquaresVT, transportation, housing, or caregiver resources, our team is here to guide you.
- Some questions can be answered in a quick phone call.
- Others may involve online tools to check eligibility for state and federal programs.
- And for more complex needs, we can connect you with a trained Options Counselor for a personalized consultation — always at no cost to you.
