  • TCARE® – Tailored Support for Dementia Caregivers

The Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging (NEKCOA) now offers TCARE®, a personalized caregiver assessment tool available through our Dementia Respite Program. TCARE® helps identify your unique needs as a caregiver and connects you with tailored services, support groups, and resources to reduce stress and improve well-being—for both you and your loved one.
