Caregiver Tools We Offer

• TCARE® – Tailored Support for Dementia Caregivers

The Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging (NEKCOA) now offers TCARE®, a personalized caregiver assessment tool available through our Dementia Respite Program. TCARE® helps identify your unique needs as a caregiver and connects you with tailored services, support groups, and resources to reduce stress and improve well-being—for both you and your loved one.

• You’re not alone. Connect with other caregivers and find support, resources, and guidance when you need it.

• Trualta is an online education and support platform that provides family caregivers confidence for better days.

• Accessible anytime, from any device, Trualta equips caregivers with relevant and clinically validated resources, practical tutorials, and a dependable community to support caregivers.
