The Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging offers free wellness programs to help older adults stay strong, steady, and connected. All classes can be adapted for seated participation to meet individual needs.

Led by theater professional Janet Warner-Ashley, Quahog Dance encourages creativity, connection, and confidence—no dance or theater experience needed.

Classes are free, ongoing, and all are welcome aged 18 and above—we especially welcome our elder neighbors.
