AFEP Wellness Leader Needed in St. Johnsbury

Mel Reis • May 10, 2024

The NEKCOA will pay for your training!

Due to health concerns, our current wellness leader for the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP) in St. Johnsbury needs to step back and we are in need of another wellness leader to join her co-leader (Sherri) to support the class.

The NEKCOA will pay for your training to be certified in First Aid/CPR and AFEP. The class is held at the St. Johnsbury House every Friday from 9 - 10 a.m.

As a wellness leader of AFEP, you will also benefit! The AFEP program is evidence-based and provides proven methods to improve strength and balance. Share your passion for health and wellness with others and become stronger too!

For information, please call Emily Sanderson at (802) 751-0431 or email esanderson@nekcouncil.org.
