We were very excited to attend the 2018 Aging in Vermont Healthy Living Conference in late October hosted by the Vermont Areas on Aging Association (v4a). Of particular note, we watched an excellent Ted Talk by Ashton Applewhite who brings to light how we should end "ageism."
